    Day 01

    16:50: Guests gather at Pillar 12 - Gate D2 - Departure Hall, Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Level 2). The tour leader will meet the group and assist with check-in for flight VJ3900 SGN - PVG 19:45 - 00:55 to Shanghai.

    Evening: Guests enjoy a light dinner on the plane.The group arrives at Pudong International Airport - Shanghai, clears Chinese immigration. Afterward, the bus will take the group to the hotel for check-in and rest in Shanghai.

    Morning: After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, the group begins the exciting and fascinating journey of Jianghang Yaji. The bus will take the group to Wuzhen, one of the Four Great Ancient Towns. Here, guests will visit: (Boat ride is optional at guests' own expense).

    • Cao Lau Wuzhen: Built in the style of Xiao Qiao - Liu Shui - Ren Jia.
    • Dong - Nan - Xi - Bei Sects: These form the structure of Wuzhen, with each area having its own unique characteristics and function.
    • Shiqiao: A system of dozens of stone bridges connected to form a labyrinth.

    Lunch:    The group will have lunch at a local restaurant. On the way to Suzhou, the group will stop to visit:

    • Hanshan Temple: An ancient temple built around the 6th century, originally called Diuliu Li Puming Pagoda Monastery.
    • Lingering Garden (also known as Ao Yuan): Built during the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty in Suzhou city. (Boat ride is optional at guests' own expense)
    • Yinshantang Traditional Medicine Center.

    Evening: The group will enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Afterward, check in at the hotel for rest. Guests are free to explore the scenery along the Shili Shandong Canal, also known as Shandong Street.

    • Suzhou Silk Shop: Learn about the ancient process of mulberry cultivation and silkworm farming, which dates back over 3,000 years. Discover the world of silk and exquisite hand-embroidered products from Suzhou, known as the "Silk Capital." Suzhou is famous for its Four Embroidery Streets, and its Silk Weaving Technique is renowned and unmatched, making it one of the Four Great Beauties of Chinese craftsmanship.

    Lunch: The group will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to Hangzhou.
    The group will visit West Lake, one of the Four Great Famous Lakes:

    • Tianqi Bridge - Changqi Bridge: Feel the legendary romance of Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai, and Xu Xian and Bai Niang at the sites where these love stories took place.
    • Boat ride on West Lake: Drift along the waters of West Lake just as the great poets Bai Juyi and Su Dongpo once did.
    • Three Moon Platforms: Ancient stone structures designed to measure the tidal fluctuations, and the Leifeng Pagoda, the oldest and tallest pagoda in Hangzhou.
    • Sudi Walking Street: A tree-lined path along the lake, perfect for those who enjoy leisurely walks and scenic views.
    • Visit the Longjing Tea Garden: One of the Four Famous Teas offered to the emperor, and renowned worldwide.

    • The Bund: Famous for appearing in many TV dramas, The Bund is known for its blend of Gothic, Neoclassical, Baroque, and Art Deco styles, with modern skyscrapers across the river in the Pudong district.
    • Oriental Pearl Tower: A symbol of China, representing a fusion of modern and ancient styles

    Lunch: The group will have lunch at a local restaurant before continuing the tour to visit:

    • City God Temple Pedestrian Street: Here, the group will explore and shop in traditional wooden houses with brown walls, black tiles, white walls, and intricately carved roofs featuring dragons and phoenixes.
    • Shanghai Jade and Gemstone Market: Learn about various types of precious jade and acquire beautiful jade pieces for personal use or as souvenirs.

    Evening: The group will enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Afterward, the bus will take the group back to the hotel to check in and rest.     • Starbucks Reserve Roastery or Trung Nguyên Legend Coffee World in Shanghai: Guests can enjoy coffee (cost on own).
    • The Dancing Building: The building's most distinctive feature is its three-layer rotating golden curtain, blending Chinese and Western cultural elements.

    Lunch: After lunch at a local restaurant, the group will continue visiting:

    • Nanjing Road, the First Commercial Street in China: One of the busiest shopping areas in the city with a history spanning over 100 years. A harmonious blend of tall department stores and colonial-era buildings next to each other on this pedestrian street creates a charming atmosphere.
    • Tianzifang (Dianzi Fang): Often compared to a miniature version of Shanghai, this vibrant area is filled with narrow traditional alleys, cafes, bars, craft stores, art galleries, and street food stalls.
    • Lujiazui  Commercial Center: Located along the Huangpu River, this area is a bustling hub and popular spot for checking in.

    Evening: The bus will pick up the group for dinner at a local restaurant.


    Program 2: Join the Shanghai Disneyland Tour (cost on own) – Minimum 10 guests per group:
    Guests will self-pay for entrance to the six themed areas at Disneyland: 

    • Mickey Avenue: Located at the park entrance, this area is inspired by Disney characters such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Chip & Dale, and Donald Duck.
    • Gardens of Imagination: Divided into se ven parts, each showcasing Disney characters and twelve animals symbolic of China.
    • Fantasyland: The largest area in Shanghai Disneyland, featuring the world’s tallest Disney castle.
    • Treasure Cove: A Spanish port town from the 18th century, inspired by the legendary "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie.
    • Adventure Isle: Guests can explore the Roaring Rapids and experience aerial rides.

    Afterward, the bus and guide will take the group to the airport for check-in. The flight will depart from Shanghai on flight VJ3901 PVG - SGN 01:55 - 05:40, returning to Ho Chi Minh City.
    Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the tour leader will bid farewell to the guests and look forward to future travels together.

    • Children's Pricing: Prices apply to children sharing a bed with their parents. For children requiring a separate bed, the full adult tour price must be paid.
    • Age Restrictions: Prices are valid for participants aged 12 to 69 years. Participants aged 70 and above must provide a health certificate for international travel issued by a recognized medical authority, be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old, and purchase additional voluntary insurance.
    • Vietnamese Nationals Pricing: Prices are applicable to Vietnamese citizens. Foreign nationals should contact the sales department for specific details.
    • Exclusions for Certain Groups: Prices do not apply to private incentive groups from specific sectors, including healthcare, education, students, multi-level marketing, insurance, workers, monks, or similar fields. Adjusted pricing will be provided for these groups.
    • Price Adjustments: Tour prices are subject to change if airline fuel surcharges or visa fees increase.
    • Travel Insurance Limitations: Does not cover pre-existing conditions, congenital diseases, HIV/AIDS, or chronic illnesses, regardless of discovery date.
    • Passport Requirements: Guests must submit passports valid for at least six months from the departure date.
    • Program and Flight Schedules: Itinerary and flight times may change depending on the departure date.
    • Tour Sequence: The order of visits may be adjusted due to practical considerations but all listed attractions will be included.
    • Group Integrity: Guests must stay with the group throughout the tour.
    • Minimum Participants: Tours require a minimum of 10 or 15 participants, depending on the price tier. If the minimum is not met, the price will be adjusted or the departure date postponed.
    • Entry Denial: Guests denied entry due to personal reasons (e.g., blacklisted by immigration authorities) will not receive a refund.
    • Local Relatives Participation: Guests with relatives in the destination country wishing to join must arrange this before departure. Unapproved guests joining during the tour will result in service refusal.
    • Changes During the Tour: All changes must be approved by the tour leader. Guests must bear costs for changes affecting the itinerary or services. Adjustments depend on feasibility and real-time circumstances.
    • Check-in Requirements: Guests must be present at the check-in counter at least two hours before international flights and one hour before domestic flights.
    • Visa Management: Visas will be managed by the company until departure. Guests can view visas in person at the office or receive a scanned copy. After the tour, passports may need to be submitted for embassy verification if required, after which they will be promptly returned.
    • Entry/Exit Issues: The company is not responsible for and will not refund guests unable to enter or exit due to personal reasons.
    • Security Deposit: A deposit of 200,000,000 – 300,000,000 VND per person may be required for certain guests. This will be refunded upon return to Vietnam. Failure to provide the deposit, even after receiving a visa, will be considered a voluntary tour cancellation and incur penalties.
    • Group Tour Policy: This is a group tour for safety and customer benefit. Guests cannot separate from the group. Unauthorized separation will incur a fee of 150 USD per person per day.

    OTHER NOTES

    • Tour Program Details: Guests are advised to carefully review the tour program, terms and conditions, and details about inclusions and exclusions before registering.
    • Deposit and Payment: A deposit of 50% of the tour price is required upon registration, and full payment must be completed at least two weeks before departure.
    • Travel Documents: Guests holding dual citizenship or travel documents must inform the tour staff during registration and submit the original documents along with any related paperwork (if applicable).
    • Group Size: For group tours with shared travelers, a minimum of 15 adult participants is required for the tour to proceed as scheduled. If the group has fewer than 15 participants, the company will notify customers 7 days before departure to arrange a new schedule or refund the full amount paid.
    • Foreign Nationals: Guests with foreign or multiple nationalities should inform the company before finalizing the tour registration. For foreign nationals (non-Vietnamese citizens), an additional charge of $100 USD per person will be applied by the Chinese authorities.
    • Senior Participants: Guests aged 75 and above must confirm their health status and provide a declaration of fitness to travel. They must also be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.
    • Minors: Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or present a parental authorization letter.
    • Pregnant Travelers: Pregnant guests must inform the tour company for additional consultation. The company cannot accept guests who are more than six months pregnant for safety reasons.
    • Single Room Supplement: Guests requesting single rooms will incur additional fees. Two adults may share a room with one child.
    • Children's Pricing: Prices for children and infants do not include a separate bed. Guests requiring a bed for children or infants must pay the adult tour price.
    • Flight and Itinerary Changes: Flight schedules are subject to changes by airlines and may occur without prior notice. The order of attractions and travel routes may be adjusted due to real-time conditions but will ensure all listed attractions are included. Hotel names will be confirmed at the group meeting 2-3 days before departure.
    • Immigration Issues: The company is not responsible for guests denied entry by destination authorities.
    • Visa Handling: As this is a special group visa, the tour leader will collect and retain all passports during the tour for submission to local tourism authorities when required.
    • Visa Rejection History: Guests who have previously been denied a Chinese sticker visa or group visa must notify the tour consultant before registration.
    • Force Majeure: The company is not liable for tour disruptions caused by unforeseen events such as weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, riots, wars, or technical issues leading to transportation delays or cancellations. In such cases, the company will refund the remaining tour fees after deducting incurred service costs (e.g., visa fees, airfare, accommodation) but will not provide additional compensation.

    PROCEDURES FOR APPLYING FOR CHINESE GROUP VISA

    • Passport: Scan or take a photo, be careful not to lose the angle, keep it flat 180 degrees, don't stick to your fingers.
    • 4x6 photo: Latest photo within 6 months to the present, white background, clearly showing the five senses, no smile, no jewelry, no photoshop editing software, clothing not the same color as the background.
    • Citizen identification card: For adults (photo or scan)
    • Birth certificate: For children who do not have a citizen ID card (photograph or scan)
    • Note: Depending on the time, your company needs to collect the customer's passport to scan the entire passport book to supplement the group visa application.

    TOUR CHANGE POLICY

    • Phase 1: Deposit 60% of tour price after registration.
    • Phase 2: Pay the total tour amount 14 days in advance.
    • After making a deposit, if you cancel the tour, you will be charged a deposit
    • Cancellation of tour after registration will incur a penalty of 60% of the deposit (+visa fee if any).
    • If you cancel the tour 10 days in advance, the penalty fee is 75% of the total tour price (+visa fee if any) (Calculated on a working day basis).
    • After the above time, penalty fee = 100% of total tour price (+ visa fee if any). (Calculated based on working days).
    • Tour booking and cancellation times are calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
